CM Contractors are deemed employees by HMRC to pay tax on earnings from our work. We pay PAYE and NIC in the CM payroll to to comply with exemption from IR35.

We have the independence to choose our own assignments while having statutory benefits of permanent employment:

- Holiday pay and pay between assignments
