You agree to become compliant with our current standards of Compliance.

Compliance standards will change during your employment.

Compliance requires Charles Marcus to know you in terms of your previous career and current assignment.

We need to retain on file:
- current resume
- outline of your current assignment (job spec)
- Working Time Waiver (UK only)
- local contract of employment
- international contract of employment

Money Laundering Regulations in UK

Charles Marcus is regulated by the ICAEW who will inspect our records.

Charles Marcus is required to take certified true copies of your:

Proof of Identity - Passport ID page.
Proof of Residential Address - one Utility Bill dated within 3 months (original, not a copy, electricity, gas, water or telephone) or two different items (originals, not copies) addressed to you at your current address.
Copy of the current visa in your passport which gives you the right to work.

These are the minimum requirements. In some circumstances further information may be necessary.

Working Time Waiver

If you wish to work more than 48 hours in a week, you must sign an agreement, which we will keep on file, to opt out of the limit. This is essential, irrespective of how many hours you actually work.

DBS Check

Before starting a new job you need to complete a DBS check online which confirms you have no criminal record. It is your responsibility to complete this check.
